Is anyone else having issues with performance pay not being paid for any of your techs? Ever since the last update our price book "pays commission" tab has been clicked off. I've been on the phone with ST all morning and still on hold with them at the moment. The answer I get is "you'll just have to do manual adjustments to add commission for each tech and job."
For a week's worth of pay and each tech and all the tech jobs?? 
Also when collecting payment our option of collecting a "credit card" is gone!!! Why?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention- I created a ticket for further investigation and troubleshooting. I will be glad to share additional updates as the payroll team gets more insight into what is going on with the pays commission tab,
