I have a question. Is there a way to regulate/stop when we send a customer Review request for Google? We had an issue where we hadn't yet set the appointment for a repair we needed to do, but Service Titan sent out the request for a Google Review. We love that it is such an amazing system, but is there a way to individually control when a request will go out? Thank you!
