Hello all. Wondering if anyone does Ride-A-Longs with their CSR's? Do you have a script or writen procedures on it? Just looking for a guideline for them.
We are having our CSRs ride along with Techs next week to have them better understand the field operations and reduce frustrations between "us and them". I dont have any specific procedures other than listen and observe. Happy new year!
