Global Search?

Hello everyone!

I was just curious if anyone out there has heard any update on when the Global Search function is going to go live?

Last year at Pantheon, they demo'd it and said it would be available in January of 2024.

Its now September.

Who out there knows the status of it?

We were part of the early release and I am loving it so far! It is so much faster to type in a number or part of a name and not have to specify which category you are searching in.

We asked our CSM to get access to it, and had it activated fairly quickly.

since youre using it, most likely still in beta form, how is it working so far? is it actually finding pretty much anything you type in?

I am loving it. I know that some members of my team that are only ever looking for one particular type of thing prefer to use the original search, but because I am consistently looking for accounts/invoices/POs it is extremely helpful. I have found that it has eliminated additional clicks and sped up when I am looking for different items.

To my knowledge it is still in early release. You can reach out to your CSM and see if you become part of it.
