I'm basically here to grow and expand my knowledge using Service Titan.  In my past job of 20+ years we had outlets such as this to ask questions and share experiences. I thought I would post and introduce myself. 

My name Is Alex Hernandez, and I work for a Plumbing and Heating Company in Maryland , mostly service.

Any tips and tricks for estimating ? Such as copying from a customer to another?

Are using pricebook pro?  It makes estimating standardized for your techs with pricing that you set up based on your financial basis.
