Hello!

I am the Office Manager for Greiner Heating, Air & Electric. We went live on ST earlier this year, in May, and are now at the point where our teams have gotten much more used to the new software, and are just looking to continue moving forward. We want to utilize everything that ST has to offer in the form of automations and efficiency gains from the office to the field, and I can't wait to keep learning more. Happy to be here!

Welcome!  There is so much to learn with ST...I have been using it for 4 years and still learn something new frequently!  Familiarize yourself with custom fields and recurring services...these will help immensely!
