I work for a small family owned HVAC company that has a nice balance of new construction installations and service customers to take care of. I used ST about 7 years ago and just changed the company I worked for to where I am now. I was so glad to hear that they had ST. But they expressed how much is left uncorrected and is duplicated 😕.
I am a bit of a S.O.P. nerd and I would very VERY much appreciate anyone who wants to share documents, check lists or whatever is working for you. I like to collaborate ideas to build a new, bigger and better one.
I am also learning and working on creating a department for install and then for each of the subcontractors so I can then add them to a 'project'. But I don't want them to see dollar amounts on the invoices and other searchable items. I only want them to add the material they used. If anyone can PLEASE provide some insight and or tips on that aspect, I would be extremely grateful.
