Because you asked me to! haha I'm the HVAC project manager at Barron heating, we utilize Service titan for just about every facet of our trades. I'm mostly on here looking for ideas and to see how others are using the system. We are a larger company and complete roughly 1500 to 3000 jobs a month. Im looking Specificly for ideas to streamline between multiple trades quickly and efficiently within our projects. Each of our departments has its own Coordinators, PM's and service teams that all utilize features in ST a little bit differently. I'm looking for common ground between roughly 40 members of HVAC and air solutions, 20 members in plumbing and 15 electricians. we do a lot of work and if not managed exactly right it leads to a lot of chaos! If your reading this and in a similar situation I'm open to networking and communication! what have you found that works and doesn't work? We have implemented many SOP's some good some not so good.
