System running slow

Hello,

 

I'm trying to figure out if it is just our system running slow or if others are having issues today? I tried to contact support but it wouldn't connect.

That's not your system. It's an ST Global issue. They are working on it right now.

Whatever you do, don't clear your browser cache and log out to try and make it work faster. I know longer have access at all. Just a white page with "Loading..." in the upper left after trying to log back in.

Same here. some of our tech logins are not able to use all capabilities either

NOT just you.... I'm having major issues with nothing loading, giving errors codes and freezing up!

Still very slow for us. Takes forever to open any of the pages.

They said they had it fixed, but we keep having issues. Some of our staff still can not schedule in a call

There is currently a performance issue they're looking into. Started at about 730am Pacific time
