I need to print Form 1099 and Form 1096 using QuickBooks but am unsure of the process. Can anyone provide a step-by-step guide or tips on how to correctly print these forms? Any advice on common pitfalls or issues to avoid would be greatly appreciated!

To print Form 1099 and 1096 in QuickBooks:

1. Prepare Forms: Go to “Workers” or “Payroll” > “Print 1099s.”
2. Verify Information: Review and verify vendor information.
3. Print 1099s: Select “Print” to print Forms 1099.
4. Print 1096: Print Form 1096 from the same menu after 1099s.
