Do you use forms? We have a "route problem" form that the techs complete
anytime there is a problem and it alerts the office as soon as the form
is completed.
Still disappointed that the pool industry isn't being recognized in the
Map Job Types under Settings it Release 64. Would make our CSR's job a
little easier when booking jobs.
