We have written one out. Mostly I find that if abandoned calls, un
closed jobs, and un batched invoices pile up that is the most tedious to
correct. I encourage the office staff to regularly at least click on
their calls and catalog them hourly. Then...
I have not seen an option for this since schedule and dispatch board are
designed for technicians. We use google or Imac/Icloud shared calendars
in stead for the office staff reminders.
