Do you happen to know how to make Zapier trigger from estimates selling? Goal would be Sold est create a task. I used the filter action : Estimates Status Name>Text Matches>Sold. Everything tested out good but it isn't happening in the field.

I created an alert for the sold estimate, and the zap is triggered from the alert hitting my email. I use it to create a task.

Are you trying to trigger this for one particular job type? I have found a workaround that triggers every time a job is completed in our sales business unit with the job type "Investment Opportunity." This triggers a Zapier filter to then create a new Trello card and a task inside of Task Manager for pulling a permit.
