Catching up on scheduling overdue maintenance appointments and what I
like to do is send a "mass" email template from Outlook to the exported
list of email addresses and then book from the replies that I get. I've
always had amazing response this way...
Haven't really thought of this issue but right off the top of my head -
if you get the customer's # in that message from the after hours service
- make a "dummy" account with as much information as you were given and
then use the click to call custom...
