We've had a few pricebook services in the last month that have had the attached equipment disappear, leading to selling techs not being able to accurately price estimates in the field.Has anyone had this issue/figured out what's causing it?
Starting yesterday, we haven't been able to save serial numbers of equipment or the install/warranty dates. After entering this information and saving, if we reopen the equipment details all the information didn't actually save. This has also led to ...
