This is exactly how our memberships work and they're flowing along
perfectly. It's likely a setting in your membership types. ESA is the
term that's been used internally for 20-30 years, so I stuck with it,
but obviously you can set up what works for...
I have our dispatch board set up this way and it's very helpful. We can
see our teams grouped, but we're still allowed to cross over, which is
critical since I have 1 tech who can - and does - do EVERYTHING!
