How can I prevent reviews from sending to certain customers? We have
certain customers that we do not want to send them to. Any help would be

send reminders to the customer to be able to click and schedule their

You can create more call reasons to match the categories you may want
and can also add answering service to your employees so you can have
them as an answering option when categorizing the calls to the right
csr's/dispatchers
Not sure if I am understanding, however if you go to the dashboard call
metrics and click on the call, you can click on the call reclassify it
and attach it to the job number or customer. Hope this helps
