It's not ideal, but if you drag the job box to the right, (while keeping
it on the same technician, so it doesn't think you're trying to
reschedule it for a different day or technician) it turns the job back
to blue as if it hadn't been attempted yet...

We start ours at 9:00am too! Unless it is a customer that has no heat
for example and we got a part in, allowing us to return, we will call as
soon as we get in at 7:30am. It just depends on the importance of the
