We just started using Servicetitan a year ago, some jobs from our new construction department got transferred over and we have invoices that show a balance but the bill has been paid. I remember watching a training video on how to bring an invoice balance to zero without having to apply a payment, I just don't remember which training video it was. Can someone guide me to the right video?
You can ask you CSM to do a data clean up, or you can apply a payment and then bypass export it since I'm assuming your accounting software already shows the payment?
