When an invoice is emailed to a customer but chose *hide items* for invoice style when customer goes to 'Make A Payment' a task breakdown is provided in online payments. If the invoice was not provided with a break down is there a way remove the task breakdown when a customer goes to pay. Otherwise what is the point of sending an invoice as 'hide items' in the first place if they choose to do an online payment.
@EManley - I have been able to connect with the product team and yes, this is currently a gap. However, I’ve got some good news! The team is working on a few enhancements which will allow you to customize your own invoice print templates (yes, multiple). This should make it easier for you to display only necessary items on the print invoice. So, in your example, you would be able to create an invoice template which does not display the task breakdown.
