Unused Membership Funds

There should be a way to easily convert unused membership funds to a credit on a customers account.

You can set it up to "refund" when membership is canceled- you could do that and then delete the refund payment, leaving the credit invoice?

I will double check that process with the next one we have but I don't believe that would work.  I believe that just ends up showing as a negative balance on their account and not an actual credit.  Also following that process I don't believe would update the prepaid liability account in QB.
