We have a customer in another country that is receiving her invoices through Service Titan, but when attempting to log in/ request a password reset to be able to pay for services through the portal link, they are getting an error message stating "FAILED TO SEND EMAIL". This has been going on for the past few weeks with this customer. Not sure if it has something to do with them being in another country, or if there is a glitch being worked out in Service Titan. Anyone else having a similar issue?

We are having other customers run into this issue where they are receiving the same error message when trying to log in to view their account for the first time ( email address is on file already and correct). I haven't heard back from anyone else if they are also having issues, or maybe this is an isolated incident with just our set up?
