What does ST error message # 6240, mean?

You can check customer list, vendor list or employee list for the name. Also check inactive names in all of those lists. A quick way to check is to try adding the name in QB that is causing the error and it should tell you where it exists already.

Make sure names match in both ServiceTitan and QuickBooks, if it's the same customer for example. Also make sure there are no spaces in the QuickBooks name. If it's not the same customer, then add a number or letter to the customer in ServiceTitan and then it should export over. If it's a vendor AND a customer. add a v to the vendor or c to the customer.
