Error when exporting to Quickbooks that says the term "Custom" does not exist.

I am getting this error when exporting to Quickbooks. There is an invalid reference to Quickbooks Term "Custom" in the Invoice. QuickBooks error message: invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list. Can't figure out why because we have exported other jobs with the same items without trouble

Hi Jennifer, you will need to make a new term called “custom”.

If the term in ServiceTitan is called Custom, it needs to be the same in QuickBooks.

ohhh.. It is referring to payment terms? Thank you. I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I see now that someone changed the payment terms and didn't use one in the system.  Thank you very much!!
