Interest Charges on Past due accounts

Curious what annual interest charge some of you are charginging on past due invoices.

This is what is stated on our invoices: "A service fee will be charged for any returned checks, and a financing charge of 2% per month, (up to 24% per year) shall be applied for overdue amounts."
