is there a way to do this in service titan. The completion dates need to be cut off so it cannot go back to the prior months or year either accidently or due to a need to show better sales in the prior month. Neightmare for accountants and the need to close the financial statements when the service titan data can change at any time and for any period.

There is an option in QB to choose a closing date, and an option to make it password protected under accounting preferences. If someone tries to make a posting prior to this date they will reveive an export error.

Hi there! The best way to do this would be to ensure your job completion dates and invoices are up to date. For example, you can export an invoice with an invoice date of January 2020 in May 2020. If you don't want January to be affected anymore, simply change the invoice date to read May.
