Merging Customers in ServiceTitan when using Quickbooks Online

Hey all! Give me all the Quickbooks Desktop questions and many of the Sage Intacct questions and I can answer them, but we're on QBO at my new company and I need help! We merged a customer in ServiceTitan (each location was imported as its own customer but it should have been one customer with many locations). Now we can't export to QBO for that customer at all. My workaround is to add a character to the customer name in ST, export as a new customer in QB, then merge it into the correct customer in QB. That can't be the right way to do it. Does anyone know??

When it comes to QBO, there is no sync that sticks between ST and QBO. It just looks for a name match every time so as long as the customer is named EXACTLY the same in both systems, ST should export to that customer. (QBD is very different in how it handles it)
