Payment Receipts

Should be able to easily email a payment receipt without having to log into the gateway, find the transaction, copy the clients email from ST, go back to the gateway to finally email it. 80% of the time people pay at time of service and the invoice is sufficient. For the other times, I'd really like this feature implemented.

Erika - I usually just print out the invoice when they paid over the phone and email it to them or mail if they prefer. It has the paid date and how it was paid right on the invoice.
