Process in Collection

Hello Guys! Just like to ask and know another process. What do you do for collecting? What is your process for that? Do you use something outside of Service Titan or just Service Titan?

We run an AR report out of ST then start calling the customers. We also keep notes in the Customer page.

Like collecting payments?

We primarily use ServiceTitan to collect payments. We email out the customer invoices, and they can pay via credit card online, or send in a check. A number of the large contractors we work with have ACH payments set up. 

We then export all payments to Quickbooks online. We use QBO for all our bookkeeping.
