Every time I process a refund for a customer, I get an email "autobatching failed payments. Does anyone get the same message?

Whether you want someone to receive that email or not is a permissions. Go to your permissions and look under payments. Uncheck the box that says "receive payment autobatching failure emails."

Hi Lizzy,
The autobatch does not batch refunds due to how you may be processing off of the original payment line item on the invoice. This email is simply to notify you that the refund could not be batched but refunds will always generate this email notification.
