Hello, I've been trying to help bring out titan score up along with understanding more about Service titan. We have been on ST for around a year. I have gone through invoices and customers many times trying to find where the .50% is still missing. It's the only thing keeping us from going to the next stage. Has anybody been able to do 100% that could give me some advice?
Thank you for your time!

Hey!
So that feature specifically calls for "Percent of posted invoices with a tax zone applied in the last 30 days." Go to your search, and choose the invoice option, then use your filter for posted invoices, and filter to the last 30 days. That should give you your list of invoices the system is looking at. You can probably run a report for this as well. If that list is coming up empty, I would reach out to support. Hope that helps!

You can also create a custom report using the location dataset, and add the tax zone column. One you create that report, use the filter on the tax zone column and filter for null. That will give you a list of locations with no tax zones associated. Thats another thing to check 🙂
