We operate very similarly as the below suggestion. I have my dispatchers create and post their own batches for billing invoices, since I do not always know when they are done with their batch). As the Office Manager, I batch and post all payments, plus any invoicing I may complete. I also handle the exporting of all batches. Hope this helps.
