Autopopulate business unit based on job description

When we go to book a job on the call booking screen we have to select the job type and then the business unit. There are so many boxes to populate and fill out in order to book a job. I would love to see that after we select the job type, it auto-populates the business unit based on our job type selection!

Hi @KhianaKlatt -- if you assign a business unit to a job type, when you're on the job booking screen and you choose a job type, that specific BU will auto-populate. Is this something different than what you're looking for?

Thanks! I can select the job type but it does not auto-populate the BU. I have to manually select it...which is a pain because I feel like there are so many boxes to check off and fill when booking a call... I don't want to state the type of the job 2x essentially. Do you know why this isn't auto-populating for me?

How can we set it up so it selects the business unit based on the job type and the Zone for multi-location multi-trade organizations?
