Transfer Outbound Calls

I wish we could transfer calls that we make, it makes it a process when you have to tell a customer that the technician will call them, and then have to let the technician know. Rather than just being bale to transfer.

We use dialpad and I've been able transfer any incoming calls but I've not been able to transfer any outbound calls. So frustrating because I have to tell the customer that we will need to call them back.

Precisely! It is inefficient.

I had to reach out directly to dialpad to allow transfers while making outbound calls.

Do you use Dialpad? We do and have each technician set up as a contact in our Dialpad app so when a customer asks to speak with a technician I can place them on hold and then transfer their call over to said tech! 🙂
