This KPI would operate just like the Recalls Caused KPI and live in the same reporting templates (Technician Performance and Business Unit Performance) but would reference the "Is warranty for" field rather than the "is recall for" field. This would allow companies who use Service Titan's recall/warranty workflow the ability to accurately track their overall go-back rate (for both recalls and warranties) rather than just the recall rate for any given date range. The KPI description would appear as follows: "Warranties Caused looks at the total number of completed jobs that are referenced in the "Is warranty for" field of another job. Filters correspond to original job's completion date. Business Unit filter corresponds to original job's business unit".
