Custom Fields Assigned to a Specific Business Unit

Hi, I was reaching out today as I was trying to create some required "Custom Fields" and assign them to just our call center business unit. Unfortunately, ServiceTitan doesn't have the ability to assign the Custom Fields to a specific business unit. This creates a problem when you make some fields required as that they have to be entered in by every department even after you already collected the information in the call center (i.e. sales, install, etc.)

 

Would it be possible now or in the future ServiceTitan to update their software to assign required Custom Fields to a specific business unit, that way the questions that are required for the call center are just for them and not being populated for requirement with other functional departments?
