I love the idea of the customer portal, but we have customers reach out to us weekly saying that the portal has not been working for them. Many customers receive this error message and we never know what to do.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas about how to combat this in the future?

I haven't seen this before. Have you reported this to Support?
