It would be nice to be able to undo a dismissal of a booking. My company requires payment up front so when they pay the same time they book and we dismiss it, we do not know where that money goes. Also some people do make mistakes and then a customer will come back after searching for other companies to come out.

I agree. This is a complication. The only solution for us is to cancel the renewed membership, remove the invoice and start a new pm and select 1 of 2 complete to link the contract. It makes it very difficult.

How is this done? I know how to cancel but what does the rest of your statement pertain to?

I agree, the same way you can undismiss a follow up! One thing you could do is have your CSM turn on the LEADS feature- when you dismiss you have the opportunity to save as a lead that you can then follow up on.
