Tech selects HOLD for a job waiting for parts. It disappears from the dispatch board. Why? How do we resolve this so we can use HOLD but have the job maintain its position on the dispatch board until it can be addressed for rescheduling?
So he knows what he is working on and he can add or change it as needed. and we will have a history of what work was done on that piece of equipment
Say a landlord with multiple properties and is getting service contracts on all of them? We can't add those to a project and send them 1 invoice due to them not being at the same locations.... Or, when we service big apartment complexes.... Each apar...
