Hello, I am trying to find out how you guys book second calls for sales people. If we book another call straight out, it counts this as another lead. We only count it as one lead even if they have to go back for a second visit. Any ideas? Thanks!

we have started scheduling multiple appointments on the original call... seems to be working well for us!

We have a job type called Follow Up and have it as a no charge/non opportunity so it wont count against the numbers
