Is there a way to change how the techs are ordered on the dispatch board? The default seems to be to list them alphabetically, but I can't find a way to change that.

You change that in settings under the technician's settings.

You can set them in Teams and Team 1 shows up first (with team members in alphabetical order), and so on. The only issue I have found with this is that it does create more space between teams (so the board goes longer down).
