The dispatch board currently organizes technicians alphabetically within each service department.
Each week, we run a report that ultimately helps us determine our batting order for the week for our technicians per service department. We'd love for the ability to reorganize the technicians based off who is #1 for the week, #2, and so on. For us to do this now, we are adding numbers to the front of the technician to reorganize them, but this does not make a great customer experience when they see "MW-01 Jonathan" in all the notifications.
While there should still be the option to organize it alphabetically, it would be great to have flexibility annd freedom to reorganize (just like a spreadsheet).

We use the Teams functionality to organize our board. This gives you the ability to place any tech in any order of your choosing. We pair apprentices with Licensed Plumbers this way. The Teams tab is under their tech information in your settings.

This is what our Dispatch Board looks like. You can see how we pair two people into one group. Our groups are embedded into three Teams. Team 1,2, & 3. (Within the team they are still alphabetized).
