We also believe there should be a method for reassigning an estimate to a different job. Or another choice might be to duplicate the estimate with the ability to reassign to a new job number.

I have asked for them to come up with a way to fix this but unfortunately there is no way to change it. You would have to delete everything from the invoice of the call that they booked, then cancel the call and rebook it with the estimate.
