We have noticed that when a customer calls in and has multiple locations listed on their file, instead of attaching to the specific location we click on, it attaches to all of the locations. Is there any way in the near future that it can attach solely to the location we click on as to ensure there is no confusion as to which location the call is in regards to? Thanks!

You can attach the call to a specific job if you have the job number. Go to the call and hit the Red "I'd like to reclassify the call" button, then you can tell the system that it was related to another job and it will ask you the job number. It will still show up on the Customer's page, but it will be on the job history for that job as well.
