Duplicate Customers

Is there some way a pop up can populate if you are adding a new customer and when adding the address you are required to see if it's for the same location to avoid creating duplicate customer/location?

Resolved! Unassigned Booked Jobs

I am looking for ideas on how to monitor if jobs are being booked without assigning technicians? The only alert I see is for a booked job, but no other parameters to it. Any suggestions or ideas so we don't miss these jobs?

Job Booking Page - Search by address

Would love to be able to search by address on the job booking stage and be able to filter by specific address. Currently, if a CSR enters "5 Main Street" ALL addresses on Main street populate rather than JUST 5 Main street.

Custom Fields to Trigger Tags?

Is there a way that a custom field can trigger a tag? We have a number of required custom fields on our job booking screen and it would be nice for a tag to be automatically applied to the job based on the answer to a field.
