It would be so helpful if ST created an alert pop up that comes up like "Are you sure?" when you book a job in the past. Also would be helpful if they did it for jobs booked without a technician assigned to it, but I could see where it would be annoying for the companies who use the unassigned section to route their calls onto the board. Maybe make it a feature in settings where you can turn it off or on based on company preferences...
