We use Plantronics by Poly Voyager 5200 wireless. Love it! The more you talk the more charge you use so it's best to make sure on breaks and overnight it's put back in the charger.
We generally found that the mono headsets are more practical in that the user can hear the caller in one ear and still engage the office with the other ear. Noise cancelling is working with the mono, whereas with the stereo headset, it isolates the CSR.
