SOP for using ST

Completely random question but does Service Titan offer up an SOP for using the system? Im starting to write some but it would be way easier if they already have a file in place.

Good morning! I just started a position a few weeks ago & am the only one in the office currently. To top it all off, I have never used ST before & the only other person who is familiar with it, is out in the field all day. So needless to say, any SOP's that you have available to share, would be greatly appreciated.

There is Knowledge Base which can be helpful to read instead of a video. Not everything is shown step by step unless you go through the training videos in Academy. I'm working on Service Titan SOP's for a quicker reference than going back to Academy videos. I'm interested if there are SOP's as well, however every business does things differently.
