How to stop the dispatch board scrolling right to left tracking real time on the left margin?

My dispatch board is moving from right to left during the day, tracking with current time on the left margin, not letting me see current jobs that started before the current time unless I go to the gray bar at the bottom and keep sliding it over ever...

When we add a location it does not carry over the contact information. I understand the "tenant" information, however we have many clients that own occupy many locations, or the tenant may not be who we speak to or have the work approved.

There is an extension for you Chrome browser that will let you control the playback speed of recorded ServiceTitan calls and Academy classes. I found this a week age and it has take some of the pain out of listening to recorded calls. Hope this helps...
