We use a Membership AR report and filter it by balance. We have auto billing so if there is a balance their card is either not on file or an issue with their card. Reach out if you want to discuss this further!

You can download the recurring events into an excel and email it to the service manager. I'm sure you can also run a report for recurring service events due and if you can't find one to create one. Reach out if you want any help with this!
